Damian Avanti, Market Appeal’s SEO manager recently ran around the tower of London along with thousands of other runner to to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.

The event has been running for 37 years (no pun intended) at the Tower of London. The TOWER is a truly unique location. About 10 thousand runners take part every year, running 5 or 10km. Last year over £330,000 was raised to help research in to heart disease.

Heart disease is the the UK’s biggest killer. Around 200,000 people live with heart disease in the capital and over 6,500 people in London die each year from coronary heart disease.
